Access to FlowMS is by invitation or approved application only. We reserve the right to approve or deny access at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service provides market data, flow signals, GEX levels, options activity, and AI-generated analysis. None of this constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

FlowMS is a browser-based application intended for individual human use only. The following are strictly prohibited:
We monitor API usage patterns continuously. Accounts exhibiting automated access patterns — including abnormal request frequency, non-human timing, or direct endpoint access — will be suspended immediately without refund and may be permanently banned. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies including recovery of data infrastructure costs incurred as a result of unauthorized automated access.
Your subscription grants access to the FlowMS web interface only — not to the underlying data, APIs, or infrastructure.
All content, features, algorithms, and functionality of the Service are owned by FlowMS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading activities.
The Service incorporates data from third-party market data providers. This data is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Your use of such data is subject to those providers' terms.
FlowMS incorporates real-time and historical market data sourced from third-party providers, including Nasdaq-licensed data feeds.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWMS (IYKYK BRANDS INC.) AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowMS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for early cancellation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
